Ateljee Ahonen's production emphasizes sustainable methods which means that environmentally friendly materials and production methods are being used. If you wish to have a customized item, contact us before making your order. In this case, the price of the product can vary. The production time takes generally from 3 weeks up to 6 weeks. You will be kept up to date on how your order is processed. In the case of stocked products, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

Special orders and custom-made combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

Ateljee Ahonen reserves the right to amend any information without prior notice.
All items are shipped with tracking number
In case of deliveries outside the EU, duties and local taxes may occur. This is the responsibility of the customer.

We always wish that our customers are happy with their purchases. We’re happy to assist with questions and details about all our products. Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. Placing an order indicates that you accept the terms.

By placing an order you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from my shop) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Ateljee Ahonen for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights. No other terms or changes to the terms & conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing signed by Jenni Ahonen.

Nature of my products
Please note that due to the nature of materials and handmade production methods, our products may vary by colour and finalizing from the photos of the products and orders made earlier. Please remember this when placing your order. Our work is entirely handcrafted and minor differences are natural as well as the value in the handmade products.

Production
A word about pre-order products. We shall start working the pre-ordered product after we receive your order. In our production, we don't use any materials harmful to man or nature and we pay special attention to recycling. We use food safe glazes if it’s not otherwise mentioned in the product information. And since the products are made to order, we can also customize your order! In this case, contact us before making your order. In this case the price of the product can also vary. The estimated production time of each item takes generally from 3 weeks up to 6 weeks. We'll keep you informed by email about the completion of your order. In some cases there might some products in stock in small quantities. In this case your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Special orders and custom-made combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable.

Force Majeure

Incidents outside Ateljee Ahonen's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Ateljee Ahonen is released from Ateljee Ahonen's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.

Prices
All prices and charges on the pricelist are in euros. The prices include Finnish VAT (25.5% or 14%). Prices do not include delivery or custom costs. Orders from non-EU countries might be subject to duties and/or taxes. Duties and/or taxes are the resposibility of the customer and are due at the time of delivery.

Payment
All products remain Ateljee Ahonen's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All transfers are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Local taxes
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

Additional information
Ateljee Ahonen reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice.

The products that are made to order will take a certain time to produce your order. The production time varies between different products, generally it’s from 3 weeks up to 6 weeks. At the time of subscription, Ateljee Ahonen always confirms the current production time. In the case of products, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

Colors, patterns and sizes may vary slightly due to the characteristics of handmade products.
